Here we introduce some key members in our maritime management
team:
Richard Stephens

Richard is one of the Group’s directors and has over
30 years’ professional experience in maritime engineering, with
responsibility for the planning, design and construction of
maritime structures around the world. Such structures include bulk
materials, oil and gas, general cargo, ferry and container
terminals, harbours, dredging, reclamation and breakwaters. Richard
has particular experience in providing design services to
contractors on major design and construction contracts and in
coordinating multi-disciplinary design teams.
Keith Foster

As a senior project manager Keith has extensive
experience – gained during employment with both a consultancy and
contractor – in project management, survey and design,
specification, tendering, contract documentation and construction
of maritime structures. Keith has particular experience managing
remedial works and upgrades to existing structures.
David Hunter

With over 20 years’ experience in the maritime sector
David is one of the Group’s principal economists specialising in
business planning, economic and financial assessment of capital
investment projects. David has extensive experience in
international trade and marine traffic forecasting, market
development studies, port planning, logistics analysis, operational
performance reviews, tariff studies and economic and financial
appraisal.
Peter Mallin
Over 10 years’ experience in port planning, and conceptual and
detailed design of a wide range of developments and structures for
ports, commercial, institutional and transport facilities.
Additionally significant experience in site supervision and
administration of structural and civil projects. Experienced in the
use of engineering software applications including Space Gass,
Super Stress, WALLAP, OPTIMOOR, BREAKWAT, SWALLOW and other design
software.
