Keith Foster
As a senior project manager Keith has extensive experience – gained during employment with both a consultancy and contractor – in project management, survey and design, specification, tendering, contract documentation and construction of maritime structures. Keith has particular experience managing remedial works and upgrades to existing structures.



David Donald
20 years’ experience in the project management, design, inspection, appraisal and construction of heavy civil engineering structures, specialising in the maritime field. Experience includes oil and gas, bulk, general cargo, ferry, ro-ro and container terminals.

Particular experience in engineer, procure and construction management (EPCM) contracts, design and build (D&B) contracts, pile design and retaining wall design.



David Hunter
With over 20 years’ experience in the maritime sector David is one of the Group’s principal economists specialising in business planning, economic and financial assessment of capital investment projects. David has extensive experience in international trade and marine traffic forecasting, market development studies, port planning, logistics analysis, operational performance reviews, tariff studies and economic and financial appraisal.



Peter Mallin
Over 15 years’ experience in port planning, and conceptual and detailed design of a wide range of developments and structures for ports, commercial, institutional and transport facilities. Additionally significant experience in site supervision and administration of structural and civil projects. Experienced in the use of engineering software applications including Space Gass, Super Stress, WALLAP, OPTIMOOR, BREAKWAT, SWALLOW and other design software.
